ALL ARE BORED

Railroad revival and Edward Sharpe. I saw these guys a year or so ago in a 100 person venue; it was amazing. As an old hippie I had stirrings of the days of brotherhood and foggy optimism. Let's talk about the sloppy glorified band practice we witnessed in Tempe. Alexander telling fourth grade jokes and endless pontificating . The band was loose to say the least. Time to polish and write some new material or go the way of so many one album bands. Mumford and Sons on the other hand, sincere and passionate in their performance and music. Unfortunately we only caught the end of Old Crow Medicine Show, but lets face it these guys were way ahead of the bluegrass Americana movement.
Crowd highlights. People dressed in straw hats and overalls and eating corn on the cobb. This decades version of Madonna and Robert Smith dress alike concert goers. Overall though a great promotion idea with the train and state fair feeling.

Go to Oxford for $130

Take a skinny jean or chino; roll it up a bit. Lose the socks and slip into these new J. Shoes in canvas. Available in dusty olive or palomino tan. A white tee or washed out Gant will complete the lesson. Master the art of dressing well or at least get your bachelor's.

Charlie winning . Style losing.

The bowling shirt is rearing it's ugly head. For the record, Two and a half men is not a style guide. Also, Tom Arnold, not stylish. The oversized male muumuu will never look good on anyone, ever. Box shaped to hide the beer gut, elbow length sleeves for the T-Rex arms look. I beg all you guys do not hide in this tent of a garment. Unless you are a 70 year old loan shark or Rockabilly dude, this is not meant to be part of a grown man's wardrobe.
